1. These Regulations may be cited as the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
2. The offences under sections 3(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) and 8 of the Act may be compounded by the Commissioner of Police, or any person authorised by him, in accordance with section 12A of the Act.
