Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order.
Fees for approvals
2.  There shall be leviable at the Ministry of Health the following fees:
(a) for an approval valid for 2 years of any institution, hospital, maternity home, clinic or other place as an approved institution for the purpose of the Termination of Pregnancy Act (Cap. 324)

(b) for an approval valid for 2 years of any hospital, maternity home, clinic or other place as an approved institution for the purposes of the Voluntary Sterilization Act (Cap. 347)
 
$400.
