Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) (No. 2) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) (No. 2) Notification 2008.
2. The vehicle bearing the special purpose licence number SJC9935J and which does not comply with —
(a)
the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9); and
(b)
the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules (R 10),
is authorised for use on the public roads specified in the Schedule on 14th March 2008 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
