Power to amend sums specified in certain provisions
20.  The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, amend the following provisions of this Act by substituting a different sum for any sum for the time being specified therein:
Sections 3(7)(b), 4(6) and (11)(b), 6(1), 9(2)(a) and (8) and 18(4).
