Conditions for use of facilities

17.

—(1) The Board may impose such conditions as it thinks fit for the use by the Union and any of its constituent bodies of the Polytechnic’s premises or facilities.

(2) A nominal sum to be determined from time to time by the Principal may be charged for such use.
