On 20/06/2013, you requested for the version in force on 20/06/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 20/06/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 26/11/2010.
Amendment of section 37H
30.  Section 37H of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “2013” in subsection (1) and substituting “2010”; and
(b)
by deleting “2013” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “qualifying start-up company” in subsection (14) and substituting “2010”.
