On 24/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 24/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 24/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 12/04/2004.
New section 30D
13.  The principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after section 30C, the following section:
“Application of this Part to Government buildings, etc.
30D.
—(1)  This Part shall apply to fire safety works starting on or after the date of commencement of section 13 of the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2004 and which are carried out by or on behalf of the Government in any building wholly or partly owned or occupied by the Government, but nothing in this Act shall render the Government to prosecution for an offence.
(2)  For the avoidance of doubt, no person shall be immune from prosecution for any offence under this Part by reason that the person is a contractor engaged to provide services to the Government, or is acting in any other similar capacity for, or on behalf of, the Government.”.
