20. Section 86 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or renewal” in subsections (4) (2nd line), (5) and (6);
(b)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of subsection (4)(m);
(c)
by deleting the words “or renew” in subsection (4)(n);
(d)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (n) of subsection (4) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(o)
a prohibition order under section 101A has been made by the Authority, and remains in force, against the applicant.”; and
(e)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (6) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
“(d)
a prohibition order under section 101A has been made by the Authority, and remains in force, against the applicant.”.
