—(1) Where there is a vacancy in the management committee, the committee may appoint an ordinary member of the club to fill the vacancy.
(2) A management committee shall not appoint any person to be a member of the committee except with the approval of the Principal.
(3) Where a management committee fails to appoint a person to fill a vacancy on the committee, the Principal may appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
