On 20/06/2013, you requested for the version in force on 20/06/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 20/06/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 03/11/2003.
New section 22G
12.  Part IV of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately above section 23, the following section:
“Interpretation of this Part
22G.  In this Part, “building” includes a building or any part thereof in respect of which building works are being carried out.”.
