5. Section 15 of the Insurance Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “section 14 or 14A, as the case may be,” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “section 14A”; and

by deleting the words “section 14 or 14A, as the case may be” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “section 14A”.
