—(1) Urine specimens which are to be procured for the purpose of urine tests under a lawful order or a general order shall be procured and deposited in security boxes in accordance with the First Schedule.
(2) No person shall have the key to any security box without the authority of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, or the Chief Medical Officer.
