(i) Delete the words “(registered under the Trust Companies Act)” in the 2nd and 3rd lines of the definition of “depository agent” and substitute the words “(licensed under the Trust Companies Act 2005)”.
 
 
(ii) Delete the marginal reference “Cap. 336.” in the definition of “depository agent”.
