18. The Termination of Pregnancy Act (Cap. 324, 1985 Ed.) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the definition of “Government hospital” in section 2;
(b)
by deleting the words “in a Government hospital or” in the following provisions:
sections 3(2), 4 (1)(b)(ii) (3rd and 4th lines), and 10 (b); and
(c)
by deleting section 9.
