15. Section 21B (11) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(a)
all moneys secured by the charge —
(i)
have been repaid to the Fund; or
(ii)
are no longer required by any regulations made under section 77(1) to be repaid to the Fund; or”.
