On 24/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 24/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 24/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 16/12/2008.
Amendment of section 13CA
8.  Section 13CA of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:
“(1A)  The Minister shall not prescribe the trustee of a prescribed trust fund referred to in section 13C as a prescribed person for the purposes of subsection (1).”;
(b)
by deleting the words “one month” in subsections (3)(a) and (5)(a) and substituting in each case the words “3 months”;
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the definition of “equity interest” in subsection (9), the following definition:
“ “issued securities”, in relation to a company, means —
(a)
issued debentures of, or issued stocks or shares in, the company;
(b)
any right, option or derivative in respect of any such debentures, stocks or shares; or
(c)
such other securities of the company as may be prescribed;”; and
(d)
by deleting the definitions of “securities” and “value” in subsection (9) and substituting the following definition:
“ “value”  —
(a)
in relation to issued securities of a company other than those prescribed under paragraph (c) of the definition of “issued securities”, means the value of those securities at the time of their issue by the company; or
(b)
in relation to issued securities of a company prescribed under paragraph (c) of the definition of “issued securities”, means the value of those securities at the prescribed time.”.
