In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2012.
2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Explomo Technical Services Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof.
3. The Dangerous Fireworks (Annual Exemption) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 125/2012) shall not apply to any fireworks display executed by the exempted person for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule.
