8. Section 13(1) of the Telecommunications Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “providing any telecommunication service”, the words “or installing any telecommunication system”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “providing the telecommunication service” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “providing the service or installing the system, as the case may be”.
