In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2011 (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2. The Telecommunications (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 1st February 2012.
