4.
—(1) No person shall drive a lorry exceeding a gross weight of 3 tonnes in a Catchment Area Park except with the permission of the authorised officer.
(2) No person shall drive or ride a vehicle in or out of a Catchment Area Park except through an authorised entrance or exit.
(3) No person shall drive or ride a vehicle within a Catchment Area Park except on such roads as are indicated by traffic or other signs to be open for use by vehicles.
(4) Notwithstanding paragraph (3), invalid chairs and perambulators may be used on any road or footpath in any part of a Catchment Area Park.
(5) No person shall drive or ride a vehicle with speed exceeding 25 kilometres per hour within a Catchment Area Park.
