—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Snap and Win Photography Contest” promotion to be held from 27th April 2012 to 27th May 2012 (both dates inclusive) and the weekly draws to be held on 7th May 2012, 14th May 2012, 21st May 2012 and 28th May 2012, respectively, at 5 p.m. at the Administration Building of the Singapore Racecourse.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
