On 25/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 25/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 25/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 26/11/2010.
Amendment of section 43K
40.  Section 43K of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:
“(2)  This section shall not apply to any income derived on or after 1st January 2011.”.
