(Amendment) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32A(2) of the Telecommunications Act, the Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees) (Amendment) Notification 2012 and shall come into operation on 11th May 2012.
2. Paragraph 2(2) of the Telecommunications (Designated Telecommunication Licensees) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 35/2012) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
“(b)
SingNet Pte Ltd;
(c)
StarHub Online Pte Ltd;
(d)
Syniverse Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd.”.
