15. Section 39 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“(a)
provide for the different classes of members of the Scheme and the rates of premium payable by such members;
(aa)
provide for the manner and time for payment of premiums by the different classes of members of the Scheme;
(ab)
provide for the period and commencement of cover under the Scheme;”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:
“(ba)
provide for the amount of money payable by the Board under the Scheme where the prescribed premium has not been fully paid;”.
