14. Section 40A(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:
“(a)
registered by the Attorney-General under section 130I to practise Singapore law in a Joint Law Venture;
(b)
registered by the Attorney-General under section 130J to practise Singapore law in a Singapore law practice; or
(c)
granted the approval of the Attorney-General under section 130L,”.
