16. Part IV of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the Part heading and substituting the following Part heading:
“HOLDERS OF CAPITAL MARKETS SERVICES LICENCE AND REPRESENTATIVES”; and
(b)
by deleting the heading to Division 1 and substituting the following heading:
“
Division Division Capital Markets Services Licence”.
