63.
—(1) The annual general meeting shall be held not later than the second week of the second term of each academic year.
(2) The agenda for the annual general meeting shall consist of —
(a)
an address by the President of the club;
(b)
the adoption of minutes of the previous year’s annual general meeting;
(c)
the annual report;
(d)
the audited statement of income and expenditure and balance-sheet for the previous financial year;
(e)
the budget approved by the Board; and
(f)
any other matter of which notice in writing has been given to the Honorary General Secretary at least 5 days before the meeting.
(3) The notice for the annual general meeting shall be posted on the Union’s notice boards together with the provisional agenda at least 14 days before the meeting.
(4) Any business for inclusion in the final agenda shall be handed in to the Honorary General Secretary by any 2 members of the Union at least 5 days before the meeting.
