Masters and crew of revenue vessels to be public servants
6.  The masters or other persons having the charge or command of revenue vessels and all members of the crew thereof shall, while those vessels are within the waters of Singapore, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Cap. 224].
