Amendment of section 101
51.  Section 101 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “section” in subsection (1), “37J,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “sections” in subsection (2), the words “37J (except subsection (4)),”.
