8. Section 19A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately before the words “spouse’s or sibling’s” in subsection (1) and the section heading, the words “parent’s, grandparent’s,”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately before the words “spouse or sibling” in subsections (1)(a) and (b), (2)(a) and (b), (3) and (4), the words “parent, grandparent,”.
