COURT FEES FOR CORE BUNDLES
1.
—(1) The following fees shall be payable on the filing of core bundles or supplemental core bundles under Order 57, Rule 9 or Rule 9A, as the case may be:

(a) On filing an Appellant’s core bundle under Order 57, Rule 9, for every page or part thereof in excess of 150 pages | 10 | The Appellant’s core bundle. | ||
(b) On filing a Respondent’s supplemental core bundle under Order 57, Rule 9A, for every page or part thereof in excess of 100 pages | 10 | The Respondent’s supplemental core bundle. |
(2) In computing the number of pages for the purpose of determining the filing fees under paragraph (1), the copy of the grounds of judgment or order, the judgment or order appealed from, the index of documents required to be included in the core bundle under Order 57, Rule 9(2A) and the index of documents required to be included in the supplemental core bundle under Order 57, Rule 9A(2A) shall be excluded.
2. The Court of Appeal may, on the application of the appellant or the respondent, if satisfied that the documents comprised in the core bundle or supplemental core bundle were necessary for the just, expeditious and economical disposal of the appeal, order a refund of any fee or part thereof which has been paid under Rule 1.
