Section 11 (1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “the proposed construction of road structures and road related facilities” in the 4th, penultimate and last lines and substituting the words “the proposed construction or improvement of streets or the proposed construction, installation, improvement or removal of road structures or road related facilities (as the case may be)”.
