On 20/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 20/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 20/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 17/02/2006.
Amendment of section 27
7.  Section 27 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “motor” in subsection (1);
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the word “licence” in subsection (1)(b), the words “under section 19”;
(c)
by deleting paragraph (d) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:
(d)
if he is satisfied that the vehicle —
(i)
has ceased to be kept or used on any road in Singapore;
(ii)
has been or will, within the prescribed period, be destroyed or permanently removed from Singapore; or
(iii)
has become wholly unfit for further use;”;
(d)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (e) of subsection (1) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
(f)
if the vehicle has been forfeited pursuant to any written law.”;
(e)
by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:
(2)  Where the registration of a vehicle is cancelled under subsection (1), the registered owner or the person in possession of the vehicle shall produce proof to the satisfaction of the Registrar that the vehicle has been permanently removed from all roads in Singapore, or has been destroyed or permanently removed from Singapore, within one month of the date of the cancellation or such other period as the Registrar may approve.”; and
(f)
by deleting the words “subsection (2)(b)” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “subsection (2)”.
