Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 21st November 2010.
2. The Third Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:
“2A. Section 3 of the Hostage-Taking Act 2010 (Act 19 of 2010).”.
