Amendment of Sixth Schedule
25.  The Sixth Schedule to the principal Order is amended —
(a)
by deleting item (2) of paragraph 2 and substituting the following item:

(b)
by numbering the paragraph in Scale G in paragraph 3 as sub-paragraph (i) and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
(ii)  Secondary surveillance radar equipment which includes a pressure altitude reporting transponder capable of operating in Mode S and with a data source that provides pressure altitude information with a resolution of 7.62 m (25 ft) or better, and of being operated in accordance with such instructions as may be given to the aircraft by the appropriate air traffic control unit.”;
(c)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (b) under Scale J in paragraph 3; and
(d)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (c) under Scale J in paragraph 3 and substituting the word “; and”; and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:
(d)
automatically reporting pressure-altitude if the pressure-altitude is not automatically reported by the pressure altimeters required in the Fifth Schedule.”.
