On 24/05/2013, you requested for the version in force on 24/05/2013 incorporating all amendments published on or before 24/05/2013. The closest version currently available is that of 31/05/1999.
Amendment of section 3
4.  Section 3 (2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “$5,000” and substituting “$20,000”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “one year” and substituting the words “2 years”.
