Part I
Where the land is —
(a)
within the Landed Housing Area as set out in the first column of this Part; and
(b)
zoned Residential in the 2003 Master Plan,
the plot ratio specified in the second column of this Part shall apply for the purpose of rule 8(2):

Part II
Where —
(a)
the land is within any of the conservation areas in the historic districts of Boat Quay, Chinatown, Kampong Glam, Little India and Jalan Besar as shown in the maps set out in Part I of the Fifth Schedule;
(b)
the land is zoned in the 2003 Master Plan for any of the following purposes:
(i)
Commercial;
(ii)
Residential with Commercial at 1st Storey Only; and
(c)
the original storey height of the conservation building on the land is as specified in the first column of this Part,
the plot ratio specified in the second column of this Part shall apply for the purpose of rule 8(2):

Part III
