The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Ghana, any British colony, protectorate and protected state; and any territory administered by the government of any part of Her Britannic Majesty’s said dominions in accordance with a mandate from the League of Nations or under the trusteeship system of the United Nations, and any country consisting partly of one or more such colonies and partly of one or more such protectorates, states or territories.
