An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Land Titles Act (Chapter 157 of the 1985 Revised Edition) which makes provision for the registration of titles to land and to make consequential amendments to the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (Chapter 61 of the 1985 Revised Edition), the State Lands Act (Chapter 314 of the 1985 Revised Edition), the Registration of Deeds Act (Chapter 269 of the 1989 Revised Edition) and the Limitation Act (Chapter 163 of the 1985 Revised Edition).
