8. Section 16(2) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “is required to top-up” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “is a person in respect of whom there is a requirement to set aside or top-up”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “is required to” in paragraphs (b) and (c) and substituting in each case the words “is a person in respect of whom there is a requirement to”.
