—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Joo Chiat Community Club Active Ageing Committee (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Joo Chiat Active Agers’ Mind Game (Mahjong) Exchange” to be held on 18th August 2012 from 12 noon to 7 p.m. at the multi-purpose hall of Siglap South Community Club.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the organizer with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
