POWERS OF INVESTIGATION
Provost officer may investigate service offences
86.  A provost officer may conduct an investigation where there is reason to believe that a service offence has been committed.
Powers of investigation of a provost officer
87.  In an investigation relating to the commission of a service offence, a provost officer shall have all the powers of a police officer under the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 113) in relation to an investigation of a seizable offence.
