UNIT TRUST SCHEMES
*  Part VII is repealed by the Trustees (Amendment) Act 2004 (Act 45 of 2004) and any order made under that Part declaring any unit trust scheme to be an authorised unit trust scheme for the purposes thereof shall cease to have effect.
