Repeal and re-enactment of section 37
18.  Section 37 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:
“Offences
37.  Any person who contravenes section 35, 35A (1) or (2), 35B (1), (2), (3) or (4) or 36 (1) shall be guilty of an offence.”.
