Related amendments to Housing and Development Act
13.  The Housing and Development Act (Cap. 129) is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (3) of section 65B, the following subsection:
“(4)  In this section, any reference to the Minister shall include a reference to a Minister of State for the Ministry of National Development.”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “improvement contribution” in the 2nd line of section 65H(5), the words “(including any interest and penalty thereon)”.
