7. Paragraph 14(2) of the principal Order is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(b)
unless the particulars of any permission granted pursuant to sub-paragraph (1) are made available to the commander of the aircraft to enable him to determine whether he can comply with paragraph 31(b)(ii).”.
