2. Paragraph 11 of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (8), the following sub-paragraph:
“(9) The chief executive officer may, for the purpose of this paragraph and subject to such conditions as he thinks fit —
(a)
approve any course of training or instruction;
(b)
authorise a person to conduct any examination or test as the chief executive officer may specify; and
(c)
approve a person to provide any course of training or instruction.”.
