24. The Sixth Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting Scale B in paragraph 3 and substituting the following Scale:

Such radio equipment capable of enabling the aircraft to be navigated on the intended route and approved by the Chief Executive under paragraph 13(5) of the Order.”.
