—(1) The Collector shall keep a book, to be called the Record of Apportionment of Rents, in which he shall record under his hand all particulars furnished to him or determined by him under this Act.
(2) All entries in the Record of Apportionment of Rents shall be prima facie evidence in any court of law of the truth of the facts therein stated.
