Town Councils Act
Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 11) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24B(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board and the Town Council for the Town of Ang Mo Kio-Yio Chu Kang, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 11) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 24th July 2008.
2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
THE SCHEDULE
All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 comprised in Lot numbers 09402T, 09401P and 09400V in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 170, 172 and 174 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
